Musical Theater

 

Socastee Middle School’s Warriors on Stage Program provides students with a valuable outlet for self-expression, building confidence, boosting self-esteem, and engaging the imagination. Participation in musical theater productions teaches responsibility and commitment, while fostering a strong sense of community and encouraging lasting friendships.

Through hard work and dedication, selected students prepare a musical production to share with friends, family, and the wider community—an exciting opportunity to showcase the diverse talents of our SMS Warriors. Our award-winning Stage Warriors Show Choir is a shining example of the excellence and passion within our program.

Since the success of each production and Show Choir Event depends on every member, we are looking for students with a strong interest in the arts who are committed to attending rehearsals, learning lines, songs, and choreography. SMS Warriors on Stage is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students by audition only!

Auditions for our 2025-2026 Spring musical, The Little Mermaid, will be held in September.  Signups will begin once school begins in August.
